no smoking!

imagine this: you have an allergic reaction to smoke, dust, high particle density in air. you go to an office of about 250 sq.m. area with airconditioning, meaning it's a closed area. and then, someone comes along and smokes cigarettes in one of the rooms in that area. smoke still permeates the outside of the room, upto your place. for atleast 5 hours, you endure the smell and the allergic reaction you experience because of the smoke. you even turn on an electric fan to keep the smoke away from you. but where does the smokey air go? it's a closed area, so it just swirls around...

smokers, please be considerate! there are designated places for smoking, please use them.

From RA 9211:
Sec. 6. Designated Smoking And Non-Smoking Areas. - In all enclosed places that are open to the general public, private workplaces, and other places not covered under the preceding section, where smoking may expose a person to the other than the smoker to tobacco smoke, the owner, proprietor, possessor, manager or administrator of such places shall establish smoking areas. Such areas may include a designated smoking area within the building, which may be in an open space or separate area with proper ventilation, but shall not be located within the same room that has been designated as a non-smoking area.
