Psycho

had a nice, lively chat with a friend about relationships over lunch today. and found out that we both wanted to be psychologists. i blurted out that i myself am a psycho and he said "it takes one to know one". i didn't take offense since i believe he is also pertaining to himself..hehe..

so anyway we went on analyzing relationship and came to the conclusion that females tend to regard relationships in the long-term.. (when we think about it, we think in long-term..what is the right way to say this??)..and i agree..

his explanation was that men are more adventurous that women. and they have a tendency to try different things, thus the inclination to short-term relationships..

and also women think more about security..i believe that we have come a long way in providing security for ourselves, but still long for a long-term partner to help us with it...

(my friend mentioned that the only women who do not incline towards long-term relationships are probably whores. typical male! - if you're a woman and you play around, you're a slut; if you're male, it's just curiousity..tsktsktsk)

well, we were just having lazy talk and when he grows up and we (in our separate lives) get more experience about the topic, we'll probably have other opinions... we would then have to meet again and discuss....=D
